Snapshot: How DC is Implementing HIT

The National Student Support Accelerator reports that states nationwide are implementing high-impact tutoring and highlights the statewide policies of 12, including Washington, DC.

In the District, The Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) is leading a three-year, $35 million investment in scaling and supporting high-impact tutoring (HIT) across the District, focusing on math and literacy.

CityTutor DC, as OSSE’s strategic partner, is expanding access to high-impact tutoring, improving student well-being and academic achievement, and enhancing school talent systems. Check out the NSSA snapshot here.
