Sustaining HIT Through Recovery and Beyond

CityTutor DC and the Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE), are proud co-creators and hosts of the DC High-Impact Tutoring Summit to celebrate the successes and discuss efforts to continue High-Impact Tutoring (HIT) in the District.

The DC High-Impact Tutoring Summit will include remarks from Dr. Cheryl Holcomb-McCoy, a keynote by District leaders, a plenary discussing the value of HIT, and break-out sessions led by DC’s coalition of tutoring providers, local universities, community-based organizations, and educators. This summit is an opportunity to build knowledge, make new connections, and share resources–with an eye on ensuring students can receive HIT as the funding landscape shifts.

This summit is open to the entire coalition of HIT champions in the District and beyond who have catalyzed access to HIT for thousands of our students.
