MCIP is a community-based nonprofit organization that provides targeted programs and services that are designed to level the playing field for every young person at Columbia Heights Education Campus (CHEC) to achieve their full potential. Teachers at CHEC, Randle Highlands Elementary School, and Tubman Elementary School provide high-impact tutoring for students after school.
