As part of our continued commitment to this work, CityTutor DC is accepting proposals for event planning consultants or organizations to assist in managing the CTDC HIT Summit in March 2024. Consultants will handle day-of logistics, vendor coordination, and project management tasks, with a focus on supporting CTDC’s hosting of the HIT Summit.
Applicants must possess at least five years of event planning experience, particularly in Washington, DC, with a preference for nonprofit sector involvement and budget-conscious events. The project will run from January to March 2024, demonstrating a commitment to racial and educational equity. Please see the RFP document for more information on how to apply.
